However, over our years as a distributor, our suppliers have been less consistent. Too often, despite our best efforts to confirm lead times and fabrication schedules, orders were late. Two-week lead times turned into four weeks, then six weeks, ten weeks, and so on. This let down our customers, whose projects kept getting put on hold. We were frustrated and there was nothing we could do about it. Or was there?

An idea grew out of that frustration, evolving and growing until finally we launched a new company called Top Tier Stone & Veneer. Our focus was simple: we wouldn’t be in that position ever again, and neither would our customers. No more holdups, no more endless delays. Just a great product delivered on time, every time.
